So far so good
2020 krx. Fits perfect in OE mount location.Pulls harder than the bike can hold.Does draw a lot of power. But made easy work of all obstacles it’s first trip out.Mine has the alternator kit installed so wasn’t too bad. Will update on longevity down the road. Kawasaki mounted these low. So will update soon.

Very good unit. Remote control is best
I use it for pulling my boat around on the dock to the cradle after pulling it out of the water with a winch. While still up in the air. Not dragging across the dock. Works great. No arm reselling it around.

Engage is small
The knob that you engage and disengage is small and recessed not the easiest to use but other than that everything is good

Great customer service
Installed the winch and tested it with the wireless remote, worked great. Went out the next day and wireless remote would not work, emailed open road and they responded immediately with details on what to check.Turns out the wireless remote needed to be re-paired with the winch. Just turn on wireless remote and hold both in and out buttons down at the same time for about 10 seconds and it will re-pair and work perfectly.Great customer service, also if the winch was bad, they offered to send a replacement immediately.

No customer service
I ordered this product for my atv installed it and didn’t think to check to see if it would go into freespool found this out after it was already installed. Tried to contact the manufacturer’s support team but they dont have a number you have to email them about it for them to call you back….still have yet to hear anything from them. Ive also had to reset the remotes several times…. Do not recommend this product spend a little more money and get a brand that at least has customer service

Remotes don't work
After installing as per instructions the remotes don't work.

It's ok at most
I was clearly sent a used returned winch with scratches, dings, and bent scratched up brackets. Also, the clutch won't stay in free spool unless you hold it. Some parts feel cheap, others ok.
