Work great

The vibration function is great, but the heat could be a lot hotter, and it’s endlessly frustrating that the heat doesn’t work independent of the vibration. When I have a headache, the vibration actually aggravates it badly, but heat eases my pain. However, you can’t use the heat function by itself. It only works while the vibration is on. HUGE design flaw, IMO.The device is also super bulky. So much so that I find no matter which chair I sit in, a portion of the massager butts against the chair back, forcing my head to cant forward.At the end of the day, a microwaveable neck pillow that a friend gifted me has seen far more use.

This vibrating pillow keeps me from sleeping with my neck in a bad position. Since I started using it, my recurring morning neck pain is all but vanished. And it hums me to sleep too! I am very happy with my purchase.

Purchased in Jan, stopped working in July.

Relieves neck pain well.

This product worked great for three weeks, then quit. I tried troubleshooting and it still doesn't work. I would return it except we have already disposed of the original manufacturer's packaging. I am very disappointed because this product had just the right amount of vibration and heat to help with my migraines.
