How much caffeine in a serving?

It doesn't list caffeine anywhere on the container, but does say it is 60% cocoa powder, which I googled and it said in one tablespoon of 60% cocoa powder there is 12 mg of caffeine. (One cup of coffee has about 95 mg of caffeine). Hope this is helpful.

Is it 20 calories with or without the milk factored in??

It's produced in South Africa. It contains cow milk. It's GMO free. UTZ certified for the cocoa. I see nothing on the can regarding kosher or UD. Hope that's helpful

How's the taste with water?

I make it with coffee and add a little milk. I think it taste better with a little milk. You can drink it with just hot water but I like to use a little powder milk if I am out of regular milk.
