Best and cost effective timer for boxing trainer
It can work for 9 rounds divided by 9 training time and 8 rest time. You can set the training time between 99 minutes 59 seconds and 00:00--it supports 100 minutes training time(of course you don't usually use that long training time) and you can set rest time from 00:01 to 09:59--rest max 10 minutes.
This item is just for boxing althlet or amateur interval training for their everyday workouts
The first digit is in blue color and stands for round. You can start the training from Round 1 to do 9 rounds training, also you can start it from round "zero" which is actually round one to do 10 rounds training;
When last training round ends, the timer will stop and will not go on the rest time part. If you want to start over, you can just press on reset button, it will count from round one or round zero, which will be up to what you set it from.
This clock is designed mainly for boxing training. You can set the training time and rest time. The training time can be set up to 99 minutes 59 seconds and the rest time can be set up to 9 minutes 59 seconds.
