I feel like the Retrospec Activate Resistance Loop Band Set is good for beginners and older folks who may have medical issues and sore, stiff joints who are looking at doing a simple workout routine. I like that they were color coded and that they came with a little bag to store them all in and felt like they were a good price for what you were getting. As many others have mentioned these bands might not be the best for folks who are doing a heavier workout, but I found they gave a good amount of resistance to me and I wasn't overly worried about them snapping.

Okay Loop Bands
As described, you do receive 5 different strength bands that do come in a small convenient bag to carry them in.I am an avid gym goer and former competitor in bodybuilding. The compact size of the bag to put these bands in makes them easy to toss in my gym bag and they are handy to have at home.That being said, upon unpacking these bands, I could immediately tell they are not great quality. The material just isn't that good and I do not expect them to last long at all. Nothing is worse than when these bands break and if you've had that happen in the middle of an exercise, you know how much that snap hurts.For light, occasional use, these may be ok, but for heavy duty gym going, I would be reluctant to recommend.

Good quality
I really love the difference thicknesses of these bands. I got these to use postpartum and being able to start with the least resistance is SO helpful. I like that I can challenge myself to work up to higher bands. They are good quality and I really like the little carrying case they come with. Definitely a good item to help you reach fitness goals.
