Bobby Parish first turn me on to Seed talking about how it was a capsule of probiotic within a capsule of prebiotic. This lets the important "stuffs" get to the right place in your digestive system. All I know, is that it is the only Prebiotic/probiotic that has worked for me.

Best pre and probiotic I have ever used! Just wish I could find where to purchase the refill only instead of getting a new glass bottle each time.

Although the product did not work for me after two weeks of use, the company stands behind their product and issued a full refund.

I typically do not take a pill form but was sold on the concept of the second inner capsule releasing in the smaller intestine. However, I was super turned off on the concept of a subscription. I am always weary on that kind of marketing. I am currently in the middle of the first Jar. I did not use the manufacture site as they do NOT offer a single purchase. They offer less cost than other sites but that goes with a subscription so irregardless you will get another jar every month. I do not take the highest dose so I would not need monthly (maybe every other month but that was not an option). I thought the packaging was super wasteful and actually disturbed me as way too much money is spent on the wow in packaging (seen my fill of shark tank). Now that I have the jar I went to Amazon to purchase a refill and their is no ability to purchase a refill package. You literally have to purchase it all over again even though instructions tell you to save the jar for refills. The only site that sells refills is the manufacutre site and they dont sell it unless it is by subscription. What is the deal with that? I cannot give an true experience of the benefits of the product because they only want you on a subscription regardless if you use one pill or three pills a day and I find that ridiculous. That is like if you doctor prescribed you with 60 tables of Digoxin and said on the label take one a day yet pharmacy refills regardless 60 tablets every month. I find that not sensitive to the environment or the consumer. Again, Jury is still out on this one.

I feel a difference with taking these capsules, I just feel better and will continue to take them.

I think it works in my opinion I bought it for gut health the pre and pro biotics

Great technology, 4th day in I noticed a huge change.I would only recommend that when you start taking two capsules, take the 20-30mins apart, to eliminate the possibility of getting nauseas.

It has not work for me.
