This box has a lot of space for packages, I didn’t open my lid all the way in the photo but it opens way more. I’m giving this a well deserved 5 star review because it works perfectly and keeps my items safe. I am giving their customer service a 5 star review aswell because the shipping was fast and the first one I got the lid was broken completely and when I let them know the issue and they were able to confirm it they sent me a whole new one the next day. I love the color and the fact that you can open this with a key or combo. I covered my key and combo area to avoid any random person trying to tamper with it. Other than that I had issues with getting my parcel box mounted to the concrete ground with the screws provided so I went to Home Depot to get those necessary screws. I’d say that was more of a drill/drill bit issue on my part not theirs. But so far so good 😊

This is not a secure device. The front door has a small locking device and one can push the bottom of the door in as there is nothing securing it at the top or bottom of the door, just the lock in the middle of the panel. So disappointed and cannot return because it’s put together. Not secure enough to let ups or fedex put out important packages in and trust it’s secure

I like the box a lot! It has been a godsend for someone who lives in a neighborhood that has such a high incidence of porch piracy. Just be sure to leave instructions on your Amazon account for their delivery people to leave smaller packages in the box, as at least some of them will not automatically drop a package in the box, despite the sign I put on it (I recommend purchasing a sticker sign instructing delivery people to drop packages in the box, which you can easily find on Amazon). Thus far UPS delivery people have automatically dropped packages into the box with no problem. Note that large packages, such as those holding a TV set or garbage can etc, will not fit. The surface gets grimy over the course of a few weeks, so be sure to periodically check for that and clean it when it does.The issue that made me take a star away, and note to the manufacturers: it only comes with one key, and it's a key that you cannot get duplicates made of. This is an extreme inconvenience for not only the owner, but for homes with more than one apartment and thus more than one tenant who may want to use the box. Please start including at least two keys -- preferably three -- and send one or two more to customers who already bought the box.Another issue is how poor the assembly instructions that come with it are. They are just diagrams, basically, with poor information about what goes where. Be sure to use the videos included by customers on the Amazon page for far better assembly instructions.

This box has been a game changer for keeping my deliveries safe from theft around my block, I order many things a week that is the reason why I decided to buy one of this. It is very secure, thanks to a special flap that stops anyone from trying to pull out packages once they are inside, I love that I can go about my day or travel without worrying about my packages getting stolen from my door like it has happened before. The box itself is big enough to hold all kinds of deliveries, from small to large boxes which is amazing for me since I tend to buy sometimes things that are in larger boxes. Setting this thing up was ease it came with all the bits I needed and had clear instructions not too many words.

The instructions on putting it together were awful! It took me about three hours to put together and here weren’t any screw holes in the top. I didn’t have a drill, so I used steel cement to glue the top on.Once together, it works great - no more stolen packages. The only other difficult part is to get the delivery drivers to put the packages I did it. I had to put the special directions in my Amazon account and put up signs. Then, the first three times Amazon didnt use it, I had to fill out the survey and complain that they didn’t follow the delivery instructions.

helps keep my packages out of the direct sun light, this way I don't need to worry about electronic items getting hot and being destroyed before I get to use it. also keeps my packages protected from being stolen.a little more difficult to put together, with some screws missing. and others to many not sure where the long ones go. other than at the drop down lid flap. instructions were simply made. No details or markings as to what screw goes where. But in all, I got it together and it works great.Do I recommend this Product? YES even with the hassell of putting it together myself...I give it 5 stars for the Quality alone!

Absolute garbage. Instructions are horrid, tools given are not correct (there is a difference between a screw driver and an allen wrench), Multiple types of screws with no indication where they go. Very complicated to attach the bottom panel. Engineer who designed should be fired. Had to purchase the correct screw from another company.

It will definitely deter porch pirates and that’s what really counts. Not only would seeing this product ward off most of the thieves but for those foolish enough to try to snag a package anyway this product will slow them down a tad. I wish the bottom door was more heavy duty and less flimsy. Having this is definitely better than your packages sitting on the porch for people to steal and for them to know that you may not be home. I guess It’s worth the money I paid for it.
