My product came a little damaged but since it’s it’s just too much work to try and take it back to get a return, I kept it. I’m glad I did because its not to bulky and does the job. The handle bar is a little unsteady and doesn’t lock but maybe I just haven't looked into to much. The speed and compactness of it is nice. Haven’t used the incline so no feedback on that. My kids love it also.

I am so pleased with this treadmill. Not only is it quiet, it is so adjustable for speed. I didn't care that it doesn't elevate because that would hurt my knees anyway. I can get on this, warmup and then adjust the speed several times for walking. I don't run, but my adult son tried to jog and he was thoroughly satisfied. I also purchased the special oil for the tread part and although, there was a little bit in the reservoir when it arrived, we did manage to add more accordingly and will monitor this level about every 2 weeks. What I like, especially, is that I can watch a video on my phone with the stand or I can watch a TV program and hear perfectly. So far, no complaints. My friends recommended this as they, too, are pleased with their purchase. Yes, it is heavy, but if you properly lift the back, it will EASILY go anywhere you wish. P.S. All the gauges work well ... the BP feature matches up with my watch.

I am VERY impressed with this walking pad. It’s very Saturday, the handle bars that come out are perfect. I’m 5’6 and they are at just the right height with a little bend in the elbow. I love all of the readings and LOVE that there is a place to put your phone and in my case, clip on a fan. It’s much heavier than I thought it would be so if it’s going up a flight of stairs, have someone help you. Larger than your typical walking pad but feels like a true treadmill quality without it being THAT large. Buy it!

This product has been great so far. Received yesterday and have used twice now. Very easy and intuitive set up. I find using the remote control easier to manage. Love being able to see all the different settings on the top bar. Didn’t know there was an app to connect to so that was a cool surprise. So now I’m able to see all my workouts. It feels safe and secure and love the slim look.

I received the treadmill very quickly and was able to remove it from the box and set it up very easily right away. It looks exactly as pictured. I tried it out and walked for 40 minutes and it seems to run well so far. The test is how it will do over time with regular everyday use. I will update this review if there are any changes. I like the size of the treadmill and the walking surface. It's plenty big enough to go at a fast pace and I have a long stride. The control panel is easy to use and adjust as you go or you can use the remote. I really hope it lasts a long time. It comes with a two year warranty from the manufacturer.Update 5/29/25 - I added a picture of my treadmill and I've been using it every day and still love it! No issues so far!

My wife and I were in the market for a new treadmill. We didn't want to go super expensive this time around, after our last $900 treadmill. We didn't need all the bells and whistles, just something we could store away at times, and something we could walk and lightly jog on. After narrowing our list to 4 models, we picked the Toputure T1 based on motor, belt width, length, reviews, and bar support. Toputure seemed to have the best of what was important to us, and the fold away side handles put it to the top of the list. It was also the most expensive, but I usually believe you get what you pay for.The treadmill arrived on time, but the box was fairly beat up on our front porch. I was concerned how it would look inside, but it was well packed with foam supports on all corners that there appeared to be no damage. Assembly was quick, though the included instructions were mostly useless. Once we figured out how to lock the support bar in place, we were good to. But stepping on the treadmill, it seemed a little wobbly. I turned it over, and noticed one of the rubber feet was badly damaged. I don't know if that happened in transit or factory, but I sent an email to customer service and was pleased to get a response within a few hours letting me know they'd be happy to replace it right away. In the mean time, we inspected the treadmill further and found that the on/off switch on the front of the machine didn't work right. Instead of flipping back and forth like a regular switch, it just slid back and forth with no "snap", and turning it to the off position didn't actually power the treadmill off. We had to unplug it to get it to turn off.I sent another email with a video of the issue, and once again they were quick to respond, apologized for the issue, and said they needed to follow up with the warehouse. The next day I got another email that they would send a replacement switch, along with a video on how to replace it. Both the foot and switch arrived within a few days, and they were both quite simple to replace. I really appreciated the customer support, follow-up and quick shipment of parts. Even though it came from China, it arrived in a just a few days. The replacement of the foot was simple, but the switch took me a little longer, but finally got it done. And it worked.The treadmill itself is great. It's heavy enough that you don't bounce around like a lot of the lower end models. The belt is tight as well, no slipping under feet when jogging. After the initial frustrations with quality, we've got ourself a great treadmill for the money. The 2 year warranty is also great, and after my initial experience with customer support, I have no reason to doubt they will help us with any issues that could arise the next 2 years.
