Waste of money
It was plastic and there was so much falling out it was useless tried to brush it and it came out in handfuls.

Bought this before loved it this came minus the the bond reconstructive cream which not happy about and when you squeezed the bottle with colourant it sprayed everywhere and lost a lot that didn't fall on the hair

Not that permanent washed out in 4 washes plus side didn't damage my hair

Perfect product
I don’t usually write a review for any product I buy but I have used this twice and I can’t recommend this enough. Follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong. I have strong hair which is hard to dye a mixture of grey hair and hair that’s bleach with sun.
