Great shoes and healthy joints
Asics make great shoes, full stop. Running `gel` technology put into hockey shoes. Have worn Blackheaths for years. Really help with impact and well worth the money. I'm mid-40s and my knees still work. Also good for a slightly wider fit. Can be worn straight out of the box.

Seller OK, manufacturer disappointing
Needing a large size these were hard to source but the seller had them in stock and they arrived on time. My son has been wearing them 2 or 3 times a week for hockey for less than 3 months. Unfortunately the sole has already started to come away from the body of the shoe, which is what happened to the previous pair - the super glue will have to be used on them. I would not fault the seller for this but the manufacture of the shoe - we will not be buying Asics again.

Very strong supportive comfortable trainers with good looks that even impress my 17 year old daughter! Using them for trecking and mountain walking / scrambling. The sole treads are great for rugged terrain never mind hockey. Highly recommended.

I'm glad I did
Having had only Grays hockey shoes before, I decided to get these after having brought some Asics running shoes before. I'm glad I did, these are by far the best hockey shoes I have ever had. Very sturdy and comfortable. Delivery from Millet Sports was very quick (arrived in two days). The price may put some people off, but it is definitely worth it.
