I've been using it for about a month now, and my overall impressions are positive.Pros:• Compact and lightweight — comfortable to hold in your hand, the brush doesn't get tired.• Strong steam pressure — perfectly removes grease, plaque and even mold in the grout between tiles.• No chemicals needed — cleaning only with hot steam, which is especially important for people with allergies or small children.• Set of attachments — there were several brushes in the kit. For its price and size, this is an excellent device. It won't replace a full-size steam cleaner, but as an assistant for quick cleaning or treating individual areas, it's a godsend. It's especially good in the bathroom: tiles, sinks, shower curtains — everything is cleaned quickly and effortlessly.

I am absolutely obsessed with this steam cleaner. It can seriously clean any single surface in a matter of seconds and works super well. All of the attachments that comes with are amazing and simple to use. My only complaint is that you can only put so much water inside of the steam cleaner so it takes a while to clean some surfaces. You should also be cautious when removing the cap after steam cleaning as pressure could be built up and you could be injured. Overall, the steam cleaner is amazing and seriously makes cleaning fun again. Attached is a picture of behind the drain in my bathtub that has had buildup for as long as the house has probably been built. Upon moving in, I removed everything in the steam cleaner got them looking spotless in seconds.

I got this for a Christmas present. Every Influencer has one that they use to clean with. They make it look so satisfying that I asked for one.I was so excited to use it but I was a little disappointed for my first use. I let the water heat up for the 5 minutes that the directions say, but it was spewing water and not giving a good steam. The second time I used it, I let it heat up way longer (I'd say 10-15min) and I put on one of the nozzle's to help. That was way better and it actually worked really well. I'd also suggest keeping a microfiber cloth with you as you steam to help wipe away what your cleaning. One thing that I have noticed is that you feel like after 10 or so minutes of cleaning that your probably going to run out of water, but you're not. The water seems to last a long while. So to eliminate water waste, try to clean every spot that you need the steam cleaner for together, so you are utilizing all the good distilled water.There is a learning curve to using a steamer. However, if you stick with it, I think you'll be very happy with how easy it is to clean with.
