Quality, strong vibration. Just ten minutes a day and you will feel the changes in your body. Feels like you worked out. I like the auto function. It changes speeds. It can stand and do nothing and not really feel anything but if you pay attention and engage your core and use the machine correctly it works. It’s a good size to put away. It has suction cups that prevent it from slipping. The machine looks nice and it can be left out.

It vibrates, but it’s not what I was expecting. I have been on vibration plates that have a fast and tight vibration, whereas this is a hard and slow vibration, if that makes any sense. It is strong and goes through your body, but I was expecting something that buzzes and really moves through you in like a high-pitched way like a bumblebee, but this feels more like the vibration you would feel from sitting on a agitating washing machine. It’s also a lot bigger than I expected. But it vibrates for sure. Customer service was good.

Love this! I am in school and find myself spending hours at the desk. This helps me loosen up my muscles so much. It has a setting so after 10 mins it automatically turns off, which is nice to just hop on first thing in the morning for ten mins while I gather my thoughts, and then I just go on every time I feel something ache or my muscles feel like they need movement. I even bring my laptop on a tall counter near it so I can still work while it shakes my muscles awake. Also, I read that using it helps with your endorphins, and I was skeptical, but honestly I do feel happier after each use.The noise is minimal; my scaredy cat doesn't even move for, like, the first 3 mins that is, and then gets confused. I probably wouldn't have it on in the background of a zoom, but if you're just passing by the office, I don't think you'd know it was even on. As for the sturdiness, its great. I have it on carpet now, and its got a little wobble if you're not standing on it right in the middle. But I also had it on the hardwood, and the suction cups on the bottom really hold, so much so that you have to really put in work to get it off. I'm sitting all day at a computer, so yes it is a great value for the money. I don't think I can stop using it. When you are in pain from sitting long hours and don't have time for the gym or a walk, it 100% a necessity at this point.

This vibration plate is so worth the money, which is a lot better than other ones I have seen. I feel so much better after using this plate, especially if I’ve been on my feet all day. My legs don’t feel as heavy after standing on this for 15-20 minutes. It works exactly how it is described with several settings! It is not too heavy but very sturdy. I highly recommend this plate.

Love love love it! It helps to loosen up my muscles so quickly. I’ve been having serious back issues lately and when I tired this for the first time I instantly noticed that my back felt better. I use it when I wake up and before bed.it works perfectly. It’s easy to control also.

When working, the machine is a neat thing. However, it powers off frequently and randomly while in use. The longest run I have had on it is 8 minutes, the shortest 2 minutes. It is a frustrating thing.EDIT******Editing to say how great Merach's customer service is. They reached out to me after my review and sent me a new machine. Sadly, the new machine was damaged in shipping so a third was sent. The machine is working great and I am enjoying the benefits of it! I really do feel this is helping with inflammation and joint pain. Thank you to Merach for great customer care!
