Great mushrooms for my porcini turkey gravy
My grandson loves my “Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy with Porcini Mushrooms and Marsala Wine”. So, every Thanksgiving I make that for our dinner. This package of Terra Dolce Organic Porcini mushrooms gives great flavor to my gravy.

Beautiful Porcinis!
I normally wait until Amazon sends me a request for a review but I have to give a shout out to the company that produces these delicious mushrooms! I have never had a package of dried porcini mushrooms like this one. The pieces were large and very fragrant when they were opened. Just beautiful! After soaking I noticed the delicacy of each mushroom as I chopped them. There were no woody pieces. No tough pieces. And again, they smelled wonderful as did the soaking liquid. I normally buy these in my grocery store but not anymore. I am going to buy more to keep in my pantry!

Nice porcini
Nice smell and flavour, good quality!

Good for Veggie Stock
I used these to make vegetable stock. They added a nice flavor. A bit tough and chewy after being rehydrated so I threw them out after straining the veggie stock.

I made porcini mushroom fettuccini Alfredo and it was delicious. I rehydrated by soaking in hot water

Totally misleading. Didn't see the country of origin until package arrived. Those mushrooms are a product of China. I threw them out. Buyer beware
