We ordered the refrigerator in early November. After looking at beverage refrigerators in the stores and show rooms that were 3-4x as expensive as this one, and reading many, many reviews, we chose this refrigerator, in part, because we liked the two doors, two climates, and the positive reviews regarding customer service. After reading reviews on multiple sites, about multiple brands of refrigerators (many much more expensive than this one) it seems they all have potential for failure issues, so picking one with a good customer service seemed very important. The service team emailed throughout the process with helpful instructions. Upon arrival, it was packed very, very well, and was also quite heavy. When we unpacked the fridge, the top of the fridge had a bump on it and one of the fridge doors was subsequently sitting lower than the other. The service team sent new hinges, which we installed to help align the doors a little bit better. I also appreciate the service team making this right with their prompt responses. The beverage fridge looks great, works great, and holds the temperature on both sides well. A friend suggested always keeping these fairly full of cans/wine so that the fridge doesn't have to work as hard to keep an empty space cold. It looks very nice, the blue lights are a cool feature, and it is QUIET! (Many reviews of other brands noted loudness). We are pleased so far.

This is a nice addition to my kitchen. It holds both soda, water and wine. The temperature is accurate and holds the temperature I set it at for both sides. Quite refrigerator and looks good.

Great product that seems to be working fine! Easy instructions and looks great. It is not the quietest fridge but is not very noisey. The customer service for the product is great- easy to get in touch with and great with customer satisfaction!

Great looking fridge with a good amount of storage. Only issue I have is it’s kind of loud. It’s tolerable but if he absolutely hate a little noise it’ll bother you. Tv on never hear it.Problem is I built the cabinet around it so returning it isn’t really an option.

Their willingness to resolve the issue left me with a positive impression of the brand despite the initial setback.Overall, I would recommend the Velieta Beverage Fridge for its functionality and design.

Ok so I bought this thing thinkin it's a random B grade unit. I'll own it - looks like a knock off NeedOne and I figured ok for the price I'll try it.So ... I was wrong! This thing is amazing! I have 210 (bundled) full size cigars in it and I could easily fit more. The temp has been set at 65 and it floats 64-66, the RH is set at 67% and it is steady as rock and only 1.4% off between top and bottom. This thing is outperforming my friends 1.2k NewAir. It's also not noisy or clunky looking. To be honest ..the worst thing about this unit is the LED light. It's worthless lol but you know what you have in your humidor and a light isn't really a deal breaker for me so it's just always off.I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to watching my hygrometers, which are fully calibrated... And literally this thing is within 1.5% through the entire unit. Unbelievable for the price!
