After following the install instructions I was able to install it on my RV in less than half a day and it worked perfectly in both Air Conditioning and Heat Pump mode. Then I tested it overnight at 50 degrees Fahrenheit outside temperature and the heat pump was great, but the next night with an outside temperature near 40 F I smelled an electric burning and the Heat Pump failed without an error code. I asked Amazon for help getting a replacement and it is on it's way.I will update the review once the replacement is in place and thoroughly tested.

It'd be 5 stars if it had a Fahrenheit mode and the bottom tray was 20% more substantial.The good:- quality of important internal components is better than expected.- super lightweight for the power level- super small for power level- variable speed compressors are great- power consumption is very good for the power- looks like it could be maintained by a mobile refrigeration shop- seller (treeligo) very responsive- installation manual good- tons of roof foam options included. probably no need to purchase any moreThe bad:- no fahrenheit mode (honestly, though , just remember your range is like 22-30 and you're good)- the bottom tray is plastic and seems flimsy but once the top cover is installed, it is pretty rigid. If it becomes a problem, I will rivet an aluminum plate to it or something. Still worth the price even if I have to do this.- suboptimal packing (mine came with bottom tray cracked)- usage manual is not so great but is adequate- heating is very weak compared to cooling. Just do the math on the power draws published in the descriptionI have a 170 sprinter high roof. I replaced a giant, heavy 110v ac AC with this unit. It was one of the low profile dometic ones. It was more powerful but not meaninguflly so for me in the van. This unit just kicks on more, but overall uses FAR less power.

Lo mas malo que e comparator en mi via hoy lo purse por primera ves y no sirve que dolor casi 800 pesos y para que no sirva . Me duele mucho. Chicos no lo compren .

I have only used this for a month or so but it works well so far. Installation instructions are very minimal but if you look online for similar units you might be able to find better instructions. Cooling works quickly. Heating mode does work but takes a little while to get up to temp. Wish the temperature was changeable to Fahrenheit but I can learn to deal with that. Not giving 5 stars because the overall quality of the cheap control panel, remote, and the need to externally route the power cabling could be improved.
