Q: Have have 1 active sub & 1 shaker. how do i connect these 2 to 1sub out on avr?

1. You can connect the Bass Shaker Amplifier to out of active cub. 2. Or you can connect these 2 to 1 sub out on avr by RCA Y-Adapter 1-Male to 2-Female for Digital Audio or Subwoofer

Q: how long is the cord for the remote?

About 6 feet or so long enough i would say. Plus once you set it you will never use it again.
