Absolutely brilliant toy
These boxes are packed with fascinating teeny bits and pieces that push together to make junk figures.Every box contains a light unit with fibre cables to illuminate various parts of the model. There is also either a vibration unit or a motor one, that brings action and life into a model.I bought several for my grandkids, but got told off by the mum of one of them for all the tiny pieces that might get lost. Make sure you're ok with this before handing them to a child. I suggest a large tray to tip them onto and a helping hand to put all the little parts away afterwards.I absolutely love them!

A great Xmas present.
Kids will love these junk bots. There are 4 robots in a pack and lots of junk to mix and match the models. With 24 designs available there is less chance of duplicates. There are also lights and either vibration or motor fittings. There are some very small pieces so definitely not suitable for children under 5. Plus bits are a bit fiddly so will need adult help. They are good fun toys and fuel the imagination. Recommended.

Very creative
These junkbot toys are really creative. For the very start of opening the chain on the dumpster, they have a lot going on.There are many pieces inside, some very small so make sure its opened on a table or something so things donāt go missing. The ājunkā is well designed with even the cardboard items having small printed stains so they are authentically rubbish. One of my two got what he called a dead rat and found it hilarious, while the other had a poo in his, equally hilarious. Each dumpster can make four robots and all have lights while they may also have either vibration or motor. The characters are fun and very unique, of course you can also build your own style. The robots have good instructions on how to build but I think for a toy aimed at 5+ the parts are quite fiddly to connect. My two are 7 & almost 6 and both had problems getting things together. Heck even I had to give up on one because I didnāt have the strength needed to pop a vital bit together. Its great that all the parts can be stored in the dumpster and locked again with the chain, so hopefully they will take longer to lose them. I do recommend these but adult help is probably needed.

Value you for money toy
Great for creativity .. can be used over and over again. Unique little parts create silly "bots" .. kids like thinking up new names for their creations.

Reminds me of robot wars ...
This construction toy reminds me of robot wars, you can make little junkbots with the selection of random pieces in the dumpster. There are 4 sort of robots to make with the selection of bits.I used to be a teacher and we did Recycling in my Reception Class/Year Group and these two kits could have been used as part of the theme, along with the book Recycle Michael ... a recycling super hero. This would be a way of teaching children that even junk can be used to create new things.I think you can tell I sort of like this little set, it has a use and I think that once a child gets the hang of using the pieces by making the models according to the little pics, they could go off piste and make their own.For home use and children who are careful with their toys and who love construction kits these could have pretty good longevity. For a whole class situation they probably wouldn't last as long.Happy to recommend to children who love construction kits, I think these would also appeal to dad's with nerdy backgrounds who loved Robot Wars ... I could see these being played with on Christmas Day ... I bet the dad's like them almost as much as the children.

A new one on us but we really love š
The media could not be loaded. Great idea, kids and adults love mixing and matching the junk to create their own junkbot. Thereās also instructions to make your own characters as shown (albeit each box has different designs). Packaging great too (I like the chain to hold it together to stop all the pieces coming out). Kids love the vibrating motor and light up pieces to add something extra to make them move/illuminate. Perfect stocking filler idea. Would highly recommend.
