Not bad, not great.
Would have liked to give five stars, but I wasn't really aware there was a floor-work element to the first half. I get on the floor and then can't get up, so I needed to know this. Maybe I didn't read the details properly. It's an average sort of JF DVD (bits of pseudo science). Not sure I'll get the most out of it. But I'll use it, because I trasfer floor work to a very firm mattress and bed base, which gives proper support.

Excellent instruction on exercising safely
Although I am younger than the target audience, I'm recovering from a back injury and needed a safe strength training and stretching routine. Jane clearly explains and demonstrates how to do the exercises safely. The exercises cover all of the major muscle groups. The pace is steady and though the weights Jane uses are light, you can make it progressively more challenging by increasing the weight or adding another set. If you have an injury, I would recommend watching this before trying the exercises, writing down any moves that you have questions about and asking your chiropractor / physical therapist about them first just to be on the safe side - which is exactly what I did. If you already exercise regularly and are healthy and fit this program might not be challenging enough for you.

Jane Hasn't Lost Her Touch
It is an excellent exercise dvd. Jane is such an inspiration She's wonderfully trim and slim. She isn't at all patronising. Her teaching skills are brilliant. She is a great role model and gives me hope for the future. The workout is effective without being too strenuous. I can't fault this product.

BRILLIANT
When I was younger I started my excercise routines with the original Jane Fonda workout she was amazing then and she is now. I love the pace of the routine she explains as she's going along theres not long talking sequences ao you just get on with it. The other thing I like is that her routines are in two twenty minute sessions which means if you havent alot of time you can do a short session and a long one when you ahve more time. OR alternate them so you don't get bored. The excercises are brilliant easy to follow and you get out of them what you put in. I JUST LOVE IT.

Great DVD!!!
I have been a fan of Jane's fitness tapes and dvds since the eighties!!! Now in my late fifties and having osteoarthritis in my knees I found this DVD excellent for toning and strengthening . I use it in conjunction with a low impact dance DVD for variety. Jane has been an inspiration to the fitness industry from the beginning with superb instruction always in how to do each exercise safely to avoid injury. Keep up the good work Jane!!!i

Workout
Great for stretching but not really a work out. Very tame

Good for those wanting more gentle exersize
Although not a challenging work out ( many moves are performed using a chair). it is structured and well thought through. And you can, or course, scale up the work a little to suit. Jane is an inspiration.
