Product was good. It will heat the water in 15-20 mins which will be sufficient for family of 3 people.

This very early to give feedback:Pros: Quality is top notch no doubt, also quick heating.Design is attractive and body does looks high quality abs plastic (not sure it mentioned metal body)Packing was superb by brand with protective inside.Cons: Only the drawback connector pipe length is 1 feet which is really unusable.Also heating controller regulator should be given.

Defective product sent and heating filament missing and upon retuning they are not picking up and processing my refund rather may be trying exhaustion of time to reject my refund request later.
