Really like these thicker parmesan shavings.Good quality and more flavor than shredded.Tastes great.

A bit too big
The cheese itself tastes fine but to call these 'flakes' is a bit of a misnomer. The peices are rather thick and chunky, so not really flakes as one expects parmesan flakes to be. This makes them a bit difficult to use because they are too big for all regular uses of parmesan flakes. I end up crushing them by hand to make them smaller and more useable. I won't buy them again.
