It was broken b4 I even used it the turn table was broken in half and lookes like it had been dropped

Broke after only 15 months
A great microwave when it works. Unfortunately it broke last week and only comes with a 1 year warranty so I need to look for someone to fix it. Not what you'd expect from Samsung for the money.

All this trouble for a microwave?!
The fact that this item doesn’t specify the colour it comes in then when it comes in white (when it actually looks silver) I have to return at my own cost? Then wasting time and petrol driving down the post office to return just to be told there are missing details in the return form
