Decent Set, But Missing Pieces
The building set itself is pretty fun and has a nice design. The instructions were easy to follow, and the pieces that were included seemed durable and colorful — great for creative play. My kids were really excited to get started.Unfortunately, we were missing a few pieces right out of the box, which was disappointing. It made it hard to complete the full build as shown in the instructions. We reached out to customer service, and they were not helpful. No response.Overall, it’s a decent set once complete, but the missing pieces were a bit of a letdown. Double-check the contents before you start building.have not heard back from company

I previously reviewed this item & my review wasn’t favorable. I have since taken it down. This is due mainly to the exceptional customer service that I experienced. When the company saw my review they reached out to me many times wanting to make things right. I have never had anyone do that before. They refunded my money & didn’t want the product returned. Although my opinion is still somewhat the same: the bricks are tiny & very difficult to work with plus it only lights up if plugged into an outlet, I felt it only fair to do another review due to the exceptional customer service. If you purchase one of their products just be aware that the bricks are not the same size as LEGO.

Great price and great detail but not a great build experience
The detail is fantastic but the pieces are much smaller, harder to handle, and harder to connect than Lego. The price is great for the size and detail of the ship. It does not stay together very well when handled though. Build it and display only.

Great team build
Awesome! This was my sons biggest wish for Christmas (he's 7 and never saw Titanic, makes perfect sense). This took us a few weekends to put it together, at 7 he definitely needed some adult assistance. The instructions are fairly clear for an adult but the difference between the tan and brown is subtle and hard for a child to notice. The parts all snap together like the name brand and stay together nicely. One assembled this thing is a good size! My son can carry it by himself and loves the little rooms inside. The working lights really add to the cool factor. Overall I am beyond happy with this purchase vs. spending hundreds for name brand

On the first 3 steps we are already missing a party
There is no way to get missing parts. Very disappointed. Will never order Insoon brand again.UPDATE:After my original review ( I admit I was highly agitated at the time...dealing with a very disappointed grandson after Christmas... ) Insoon customer service immediately reached to us and wanted to rectify the situation. They communicated directly with us and we reached an equitable solution. The product itself is of high quality for the price point it is listed at. Note: the pieces are slightly smaller than the MAJOR player in this field but the price point is WAY smaller as well! Smaller hands definitely help in the assembly of this unit. Kudos to Insoon for being very reactive and wanting to make our family happy in the end. This speaks volumes in these days and times we currently live in! You have turned a disgruntled customer into a happy one. Thank you Insoon!
