Good quality, thick bands that are quite affordable and functions well.Wrapped around a pullup bar and stretched round my foot quite comfortably and returned to its original shape. Good range of resistance from all the bands.Has a slight smell out the box but disappears in a few hours. Comes in a little storage bag so you can easily pack them for travel if you're so inclined.Would recommend.

Bought to improve pull ups. No longer need them after 8 weeks of consistent training. Great value for money.

As resistance bands these are perfectly usable, they are a good length which means I am able to use them for standing shoulder press with out any worry of over stretching them, they cover a good resistance range, it would have improved them had the resistance been printed on the bands themselves but you can get by without it, in the description it says they are odour free but the set I received are definitely not odour free, I actually put them in the outside shed for 2 weeks before I could use them because the wife wouldn't allow them in the house the odour was so strong, they still have an odour so they are kept outside when not in use, this is really what cost them 2 stars

These bands are mighty strong & hard wearing I use them outside a lot and they don’t perish in the elements
