Good quality
Good quality product and individual packets. I like that Monk fruit doesn't have as much of a distinctive flavor as stevia because it makes it more similar to real sugar in taste. These packets have some additives to make them closer to sugar in bulk, but nothing that impacts your blood sugar.

A good product but this one isn't for me
I'd seen this in the local grocery store over the last few months and was curious. While we do not use much added sugars in our house, we do have our morning coffee/tea and much to my wife's chagrin, I prefer my grits sweetened. We ordered the box of 300packs and have been using them for the past several days. I first tried it in my coffee. I generally use 2-3 tsp of Splenda in a 16oz mug and while Monkfruit is sweeter than sugar itself, it is not as sweet as Splenda and I found that I needed to use 2x, so 4-6 packets, with each 16oz mug. I did not notice any taste difference but it did seem to coat my tongue, leaving an aftertaste that lingered for a few seconds. It wasn't bitter but I did note a cooling effect that reminds me of something like how wintergreen or peppermint is cooling on the palate. I suppose with the right drink that would be pleasant, but with a regular cop of coffee I found it distracting/unpleasant.Since we drink/eat other products to which we add sweeteners, I wanted to be sure to try the Monkfruit with some of those. One of my favorite teas is Red Chai from Republic of Tea as well their Black Chai and here is where I found that cooling effect to be something that worked in conjunction with the tea and when I used it on my grits it was the same as if I had used my Splenda, just in each instance I needed a bit more of the Monkfruit to achieve the sweetness I prefer. My wife said I was nuts, but she has been saying that for 30 years, and that she liked the sweetner. With the box having 300 packets, this is something that you can throw some into a travel pack and take to the office or on your trips as I have not see it outside of grocery stores. I do like that it is a Non-GMO product and has a zero on the glycemic index. While its not likely I will be switching over, for those folks looking for a keto friendly low to no glycemic product this is one you will want to give a try.

Great Replacement for Sugar
I really like htis as a replacement for sugar in my hot drinks. NO aftertaste - it's not quite as sweet as sugar, but close. It is a bit tricky when using it to substitute for sugar in baking - i found its best to powder it first to get rid of the granular texture and also add a bit more moisture to the recipe to compensate - it is a bit more dry than sugar.

Almost sugar
Monkfruit is my favorite sugar substitute. It is naturally made, without all the chemicals found in most sugar substitutes. It is very sweet and doesn't cause me any digestive issues, which is why I prefer to use this over splenda or even stevia. It is expensive, but these packets are pretty reasonably priced at $.10, 10 cents, a packet. I use these to sweeten my coffee and tea and in my oatmeal and smoothies. The quality is great and the packets are well sealed so I can carry several in my purse for use whenever I need them.I really like these and will definitely be buying more.

A Solid Sugar Alternative, but Pricey for Everyday Use
My wife is a big fan of the Lakanto Classic Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol Packets, and while I’m not as sold on it as she is, I can definitely appreciate its quality and taste. I’m more of a fan of the yellow packets and tend to use them for everything from my morning coffee to sugar-free lemonade. I’ve grown accustomed to the flavor and sweetness of the yellow stuff, so I have a frame of reference when it comes to comparing different sweeteners. The monk fruit sweetener, while not as sweet as the yellow variety, offers a more natural and probably better overall flavor. It’s sweet enough to satisfy most people, though it doesn’t quite match the intensity of other options I’ve used.My wife, however, prefers this monk fruit sweetener over other alternatives. She’s noticed the difference in taste, and it has quickly become her go-to. Her only gripe with it is that it doesn’t dissolve as easily in cold drinks, which can be a little annoying. Her workaround is to heat the drink first, then chill it afterward, which seems to work better. For anyone who enjoys cold beverages and doesn’t want to go through the extra steps of heating, this could be a downside. But for her, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the overall benefits of the taste. One of my biggest issues with this product, though, is the price. For what you get, it feels a bit high. I’ve found that the sweeteners I typically buy at big-box membership stores are much cheaper, even though they might not offer the same flavor profile or natural ingredients. When I compare the price per unit, the Lakanto packets are about three to four times more expensive, which makes me question whether it’s worth the extra cost for everyday use. That said, if you’re looking for a natural, lower-glycemic sweetener and are willing to pay a premium for it, this product certainly delivers on flavor. While it’s not quite perfect for all types of drinks, especially cold ones, the overall quality and taste make it a great option for those who prioritize those factors. Just be prepared for the price tag, as it’s a bit steeper than what you might expect from typical sugar alternatives.
