I was skeptical about this supplement so I looked into on the website NCBI.Turns out it was proven to reduce blood sugar.Not sure if it helped with that but my wife said it suppressed her appetite and she lost some weight as well. Would recommend giving it a try

I have tried many different brands, this is consistently perfect. There is never change in the color of the capsules or its potency. I take this in the morning and it helps with my sugars going up and down all day. I don’t notice any appetite suppressant. I can say I feel better that my hypoglycemia is better balanced

Excellent product does what it says.

I took this product easy to swallow. After like 2 months of taking saw results of losing weight like 5 or so lbs what I liked is that it did help me have belly. After a few months take break because it can give you stomach pain.

This is a good berberine supplement. I’ve tried some others but come back to this one.
