I purchased this circuit breaker as an overload interrupt for a project under construction. I was building a line powered coolant recirculator for a Tig welding system. I needed about 8 amps under load, but the power lead was sized for 20 amps so I protected it with this breaker at 15 amps. That left plenty of room under the rated ceiling.The circuit breaker installed easily and worked faultlessly. Soldered the connections without trouble and the system was off and running. I set up an intentional interrupt and then recycled the breaker. It came back on line immediately with no hesitation.This appears to be a good quality breaker that functions exactly like it should. Good quality at a reasonable price. Hard to argue against that kind of performance.Five stars for a well designed and interpreted product.

Replaced a failing 15A breaker in my 21 gallon Harbor Freight air compressor. Compressor would trip the breaker quickly while running and I would have to wait to push the button multiple times. Put this item in and the issue is gone.Limited time on this breaker, but compressor seems to start and run a bit faster. Likely reduced resistance compared to original worn unit. Only difference was switching connections to spade terminals from rings, but that's typical.Great price and I got it very fast. Will update review if there are any issues. Otherwise assume 5 stars.

My Brute air compressor was tripping its reset switch every 10 seconds during normal use. After checking the electric motor and replacing the oil, I decided the problem must be that the Kuoyuh 15A reset switch was tripping at less than 15 amps. I searched Amazon for a Kuoyuh 15A trip switch and this was one of several hits.I ordered it and found it fit just right. Both a stainless steel nut and nylon thumb wheel nut were provided to secure the switch - I opted for the thumb wheel because it was easier to install. The Blue Sea switch fit perfectly in the mounting hole, and the wires from the compressor motor fit perfectly on the two contacts. When I turned on the air compressor the motor ran normally again. It charged the tank to 95 psi and kept it charged, an unusually happy ending to a troubleshooting story.I only needed a #2 philips screwdriver to move the black cowling aside to access the Kuoyuh motor overload trip switch, and a mini-crescent wrench to get the nut off the Kyohuh unit. If your Brute's trip switch is tripping often, check the oil level and make sure the drive shaft is free to spin during normal operation, then order this replacement. A small resistance turning the shaft is normal.The switch has a 32V DC rating as well as a 125/250V AC rating. The DC rating is not a concern. Nice trip switch!

I received on time. It works as specified. It was slightly oversized but I managed to install the part. I used a vaccuum cleaner on the circuit and it did not trip. I will recommand the part. Check your size before ordering it.

Much better than fuses, and they come in all flavours and styles.
