I am very pleased with this item. It looks good,Functions as expected and the pulsing high level stop lamp is the function of my choice.Manufacturer instructions would be nice but if you have any mechanical ability you will get it done. My lighting module was in pieces inside the unit but put it together, remounted it and it works ok.This seller is Awesome as every effort was made to go above and beyond and satisfy my concern over modules longevity but since it works I am going to hope n believe the best that it will function long term. Thank you’s to this Top Tier seller, Im sure all your customers are satisfied if you treat them all like I feel I was treated. (That is important in a time when customer service is lacking all around)😊

Tail light lense cover fell off on first ride. Trying to find out if they have replacement parts. Screws actually vibrated out and fell inside trunk while the lense went who knows where. If you glue the lense in probably will stay. But need to order a replacement lense cover. Right side rear brake light. Any help is appreciated.

The only negative to this trunk is you need to purchase a luggage rack with it to mount it on your bike. You want a good quality luggage rack for around $200.00. The good quality luggage racks won't rust out after a year like the cheaper ones on Amazon for around $66.00. Be prepared to buy the luggage rack with this trunk.

Looking at the dimensions in the picture, I thought a ¾ helmet would fit inside the trunk, but it's just a touch too small. I haven't mounted it yet or tested the lights so my review may change after I mess with it more.

All I can say is I got what I paid for a functional trunk for my E bike with poorly wired LED lights that quit working the instant I connected them and there’s a great deal of flex to the hinges on the trunk so if you don’t make sure things are lined up when you’re closing it it will not latch shut basically close it and then press it shut so it latches properly
