I use these when in between using a suppositorie or full out enema. Suppositories are better to use more often. Have a medical issue where I don't want to get backed up! These are a little pricey but don't have to use but maybe one or twice a month. I highly recommend these. Normally I'll wait after inserting for about thirty minutes. Easy for me to insert.

Works just so-so
Did not do what I thought it would do. Had a side effect from medicine thatt was stopping me up and this did not even cut it.

Horrible cost
Way too expensive for what the item is, for real you can buy a six pack of regular enemas for 4 dollars and use half at a time. This is taking advantage of people with disabilities.
