I’m 3 months postpartum and starting to get back into gentle exercise. I’ve been reading a lot about diastasis recti recovery and came across this EMS ab and arms trainer. Since it’s supposed to help activate core muscles, I decided to give it a try.Today was my first time using it! I wore the abs trainer and could definitely feel the muscle stimulation—it’s a strange but not uncomfortable sensation, and I actually like that it reminds me to focus on my core. I haven’t tried the arms part yet, but I plan to.Of course, it's too soon to say anything about results, but first impressions are good. It’s easy to use, and I’m hopeful it will support my postpartum recovery alongside regular core exercises. I’ll update in a few weeks, but for now I’m happy I started!

Avoid at all costs.Product arrived on time. Using the ab pad noticed only the bottom 2 pads conduct electricity whereas the 2 upper pairs don’t conduct at all. Stickiness terrible.Gave 1 star as the two arm straps work fine.Can’t be bothered to send it back for the money I spent in it.Do not buy.

I have used one of these before, sourced from an American company. This is much cheaper, and is the same product.This works by EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation). My previous one recommended 2 x 20 sessions daily, though the blurb in this one says 2 x 12 mins, but I do 2 x 20, and the unit stops after 20 mins. This device is effective if you keep at it, and you should get some improved definition in 3 weeks. The unit comes with gel pads already fitted, and some spare ones too. You should change these after about 4 weeks. Note that the Modes relate to what part of the body you are working on. The default setting is for the waist and abs, but for the abdomen is the last setting Firm. Do not use this on your chest. I have not used the two arm units so far. I cover the pads with an acetate sheet when not in use.Press + and then M to select which mode you want. Then press + repeatedly to get the power level you want. Start off on 10 and work your way up to the 19 which is the max.I usually have to charge the power unit after two or three days. There are 3 power units and you can charge them all at once.

Came well packed and with everything you need to start, also have clear manual so very convenient to use. Come with charging cable.Stays on place once applied and don't budget, I was easily able to walk around while it was turned on. Very uncomfortable/ intense feel to start with but as I started getting more adapted to it, it gets comfortable and more bearable.Good price and works well. After a week of usage I am starting to see it's impact. Battery lasts well.Also feels relaxing afterwards so definitely doing some good things for me. Great size to cover problem areas.
