This tape is perfect to give relief to knee pain up to some extent. It’s effective for providing support to your torn ligaments for not further increasing the injury. Adhesive quality is good even after sweating it’s on its place.Value for money product

It works. Though it is not a permanent solution to persistent problems like arthritis or similar pains but it definitely helps and reduces pain at least the long I put it on. Taking the strip off could be a little painful but if taken out after wetting it, then not much of a problem.

Definitely gives pain relief but not good for hairy skin and harsh as well. Awesome stickiness tho
