A great value
This product has what I was looking for in a billfold. 11 spaces for cards (I had 10) and a money clip built in to handle the small amounts of cash that I carry infrequently. Let's face the facts that in today's world people will steal anything that isn't tied down. This includes your digital information. I've replaced my bank card 3 times in 18 months due to someone skimming my card or having an RFID reader working in the background. It doesn't take a genius to conduct an operation that will net you thousands of dollars through fraud. In the end, the people who suffer the most are those who have to lose access to their accounts because their cards are canceled and forced to wait for another one to arrive. If you're travelling, this becomes extremely dicey. I needed to step up my game and become proactive by preventing this from happening as frequently. Hence the reason I took the dive by purchasing this product.Overall, the wallet is pleasing to the eye. I love the way the dark and light colors contrast. It looks very high-end. The stitching seems to be well done, but I've yet to put it through the paces of being in my pocket and carrying it around in my daily life. The card slots are well thought out and were fairly easy to place my cards. There was just enough room to easily remove a card when needed. It looks like leather, but it certainly doesn't smell that way. It almost has a vinyl feel. I'm not sure if this is a faux leather or if it's just very processed leather. Either way though, it's soft, yet solid thanks to the carbon fiber weave and the aforementioned stitching. It's very lightweight which is another thing to consider. If you carry many cards or cash, a wallet can become rather heavy and I don't see that happening with this particular product. If I could change one thing, it would be to remove the raised logo on the front surface of the wallet. I've just noticed that depending on what kind of pocket you may have, it will hang up, causing you to fumble or drop it.I'm also trying to figure out the use of the pocket behind that logo on the front. It's rather large and seems that continued use would stretch it out and cause damage to the pocket itself. Maybe I'll get a response on here from the seller. For the price, I'd say that this wallet would fall into the mid-entry level of quality when you are introducing yourself to a security wallet. It's well thought out and seems to be well assembled. Time will tell and I'll attempt to update this review in a month to give you an idea of how it holds up to my daily use. Keep in mind that I don't keep a wallet in my pocket unless I'm standing and walking. I remove it when I sit. This can also change how a wallet wears when you aren't sitting on it and exerting that extra wear and pressure.

A slim, stylish, and practical wallet... yes, it really is possible!
I've had a "fat" wallet for years. Maybe it is a "guy thing", but my tendency has become to (1) carry every card that I think I'll need, irrespective of how often I really use each card, (2) mindlessly stuff my receipts into my wallet, with the intent of taking them out when I get home... and then forgetting to do this for many weeks at a time, (3) insert other things into my wallet without really thinking about why or remembering that they are there (e.g., frequent purchaser slips from ice cream stores, coupons, to-do lists). With all of these factors in mind, I was skeptical that I could transition to a slim wallet. Therefore, buying the Travando was a gamble. I read the reviews and took the plunge... and I'm extremely glad that I did! First of all, this wallet just looks good and is built to last. It is sleek and modern, with visibly high quality materials and workmanship. The Germans don't mess around with that kind of stuff, and this wallet is no exception. Second, the design is wickedly intelligent. No center pocket means no place to mindlessly stuff paper. Instead, there is a money clip... which I use for paper currency, and nothing else, although I suppose I could put a receipt under the clip temporarily. Those aren't the only excellent features. There is also RFID shielding as a security measure that protects against card scanning, a display window for a picture ID, and a thin outer pocket with a slot that allows you to quickly access your most frequently used card. Lastly, this wallet comes in a variety of colors and textures, allowing you to either experiment with something fashionable or take a more conventional route, depending on your tastes. I went with the contrasting black exterior and orange interior, a combination that looks simply awesome. If you're suffering from "fat wallet syndrome", seeking to be more stylish, and dig cool and intelligent features, give the Travando a try. If you're like me, you'll be surprised that you actually get excited about using a wallet. Who knew THAT was possible?

Still using it but wishing I wasn't.
This wallet is "okay". I originally purchased it to replace a Coach money clip/card holder and my first thought was how large it is. I wouldn't really call this a slim wallet and it's much larger than the card holder (I'd say about an inch larger in both dimensions than a standard credit card). I am able to keep it in my front pocket but I definitely know it's there. It does have a lot of space for cards and I like the outside pocket for quick access. That said, the money clip makes the card holders on that side very impractical because the clip is TIGHT so you basically have to hold it out to get any cards in or out on that side.Oh well, I'm still using it and it's in pretty good shape after probably 6 months but it is showing some signs of wear (small holes in the interior hinge). All in all it's an okay wallet but I'm sure there are better out there especially if you're really looking for a front-pocket solution.
