Works well.
Used this to pull a large toolbox into a trailer. As others have said, it was a little tedious getting all the ropes in line, but I was surprised how easy it was to pull and how powerful it was.

Does what it says it will do but…
Works ok. Must keep constant down force on lower hook. It wants to twist up when lifting.

Pulley system block and tackle
I believe this is a 12 or 15’ block and tackle pulley system. The rope is very solid as is the pulley system itself. It was very easy to use right out of the box. It comes with a drawstring bag as well however we are installing ours in our storage unit to help pull out jet ski trailer inside since it’s a tight fit.The quality seems good and the size was perfect for what we needed it for.

Best use common sense when using
The two hand straps worked great. Nice length and very rugged.Block and tackle wheels are plastic. Frame of upper and lower pulleys are sandwiched using stamped out metal frames. The rope is 3/8” poly. Rope. It’s definitely not the type of rope you’d want to hold anything over a couple hundred pounds. I used this item to suspend a 84” x 51”! X 1 1/2” stair landing while I prepped it to lay it flat on two steel beams. The landing is approx 150 lbs. I tied the rope off using dock cleats attached to a walk stud. I out 4 eye hooks in as well. One for each corner and tied them off as well. I couldn’t trust the block and tackel to support the weight by itself. QMy biggest issue with this product was there was NO instruction in the box. With an item that claims to lift the weight advertised you’d expect to see precautions like the do’s & don’t and which end is up. Which I still don’t know I had to guess. The seller had asked for a review and now almost a week later here it is. I didn’t plan on returning it. now after reading what I’ve written I’m going to see if the seller will Accept a return. Conclusion: use the thing between your ears and don’t put yourself at risk and stay out of the way of what ever is rigged up to

Quick and easy
I needed to get the top toolbox on to the roller tool cart. This did the job. The box was over 200 pounds. I'll have other uses as well getting projects on and off the workbench. I would buy it again. Just be carefull not to get the line tangled.

excellent lift device
this compound lift is very light and easy to use. i used to make lift so i could get out of recliner after lower back surgery. compound pulleys made this very simple. after recovery i am going to be using to lift a solid brass bell that came out of our church and set up so i can build new outdoor pole at our church. i expect it to work very well and with very little effort.

What an effing hazard
The pulleys have too much tolerance between the body and the line kept getting pinched. I was working with around 500lbs suspended while on a 20 ft extension ladder, I had additional areas where my material was secured in case the tackle failed. No surprise as soon as I pulled the line out it systematically cut through itself with the body of the tackle and dropped about 2 ft. Fortunately I didn’t fall to my death but what a stupid design. Chain falls are your friend. No more of this garbage again. Ever.
