This product applies easily without a greasy feeling. It only takes a tiny amount around the eyes to add moisture. So far, I am pleased with the product. It takes a while to work on the puffiness so time will tell, but I would recommend it at this time.

I have a drawer full of disappointments in all sorts of price ranges. I was stunned with the first application, it flattened my bags & removed most of the dark circles. I feel great with no puffy bags & look refreshed with no dark circles. I have only been using this a week and it will not join the graveyard of failed eye cream.

I use all No. 7 products and have been for years, except for under the eye area. They stopped selling my other under eye product, so I thought I’d try this one. It doesn’t do what I needed it to do which is to provide a good base for under my concealer.
