It works!
What I like about this product is that it works! It cuts my appetite and I lose about 1 pound a day, if I faithfully use it every day and do some exercise. It does taste terrible, but I do try to make it more palatable by mixing it with lemonade. There is another one that is coconut flavored which tastes a little better. I trust Dr. Colbert, which is why I buy his product and not a cheaper one.

WASTE OF MONEY AND TOTALLY UNPALATABLE
I am an impatient person. I know not to expect instant large results. HOWEVER, I've spent a fortune on 2 MCT Oil , 1 Instant Keto and 1 Shake. I have been under 20 carb grams for 4 days and gave gained 2 lbs! I take lasix so I'm NOT retaining fluid. WHY AM I GAINING WEIGHT. I AM REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THIS THUS FAR! I've feel like I have wasted a lot of money! THERE IS NOT ONE OF THE PRODUCTS THAT HAS A PALATABLE TASTE!

Works but tastes awful.
I can't rate this any higher because even though it does what it says it's going to do, it has a horrible taste. This was my first attempt at ordering an exogenous keto product, but I also decided to order another brand for comparison. Well I'm glad I did because the other one is almost gone (tastes much better), meanwhile, I am only keeping this one for backup.

Too strong of flavor for recommendation
The product says 1 scoop for 6-8 oz of water but I put 1 scoop in 24 oz and found it to be too strong and didn't dissolve all the way. I'll be trying 1/2 a scoop to the 24 oz next time. Flavor was good other than being too strong.

Does exactly what it's suppose to do!
I love this product because it works!! It immediately puts me into ketosis. I don't care for the taste or the cost or the texture, but it does what it's suppose to do.

Supplimental especially for aging with joint issues
I like the convience to add hydrolyzed collagen and probiotics into smoothies loaded with vitamins
