Sorry, more info: the pop filter not only protects my microphone investment from "respiratory moisture", it virtually eliminates "plosive" sounds from hard lip consonants. As a singer and narrator this is critical to producing high quality recordings; at home, studio, indoor or outdoor venue. Its size allows for a good range of motion (for the artist or narrator) providing consistent coverage during the session or performance. I would recommend this filter to anyone, professional or amateur. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny.
