These are comparable to the LMNT packets but they contain acacia gum (for thickening) and silicon dioxide (for anti-caking), which I’m not a huge fan of. Taste wise they are decent. They have a bit of a strange aftertaste, but they seem to work well in terms of hydration. The taste is also a bit weaker than LMNT, but you get what you pay for. Overall, they are definitely a good alternative to LMNT since those are pricey.
