Hello, Firstly, please double-check if your Ipad model is compatible with this stylus. This stylus doesn't need to connect Bluetooth, just press the button on the top to turn on / off, if you turn on the Bluetooth, please turn off Bluetooth: Settings > Bluetooth > Turn off Bluetooth, or follow the steps to disconnect the Bluetooth connection between your iPad and Apple Pencil: Settings > Bluetooth > Apple Pencil > tap "i" > Forget this device. Q: I just purchased one and it works intermittently. Is it because of my screen protector or is it malfunctioning?
