It works
It works, has a very light fresh fragrance and feels smooth, I've been using for a few days and already my dry lips are looking healthy again.My only negative is that it does leave a slight white cast but I don't mind that.

It’s cheap for a reason.
It broke from base on the first use.It left my lips crusty musty dusty. Thank the universe for face masks because it was embarrassing.You can’t return either. So I was just stuck with a anti moisture chapstick.The packaging is pretty though. It also left a white cast on my lips. I tried to make it work.
