My friends and work colleagues have noticed a big difference in me since using this CD. Why do i look so confident they ask, but i'll never tell. For people thinking about buying though i'll say this. This is the most powerful confidence booster ever. I'm walking round the office like i own the place and people are treating me like i do. I really do feel like i've acquired this incredible power of huge confidence.

I have suffered from anxiety and low self esteem for many years. I have only used this cd for the last 3 days so not sure how I’ll feel after 30 days or whether it will help control my anxiety in the long term. What I can say is that I feel so much better. It helps me focus, makes me feel empowered (already been noticed by others) and sends me to sleep!! Wish I’d found it years ago! No medication required!!

I enjoyed it -good for when I feel impatient

I have bought a few Rachel Eccles CDs and the rest are very good, but there is something wrong with the recording of the copy I was sent of the power. It is possible that her mouth was too close to the mic when recording, as at the ends of each sentence is a weird and very irritating sound. I just cant listen to it. I bought the sensitivity to noise cd as I am very sensitive to mouth noises, but after a month of listening to that I still can't use this cd, and asked someone else to listen to it and they said the same as me. A shame.since posting this review I was contacted by advanced hypnosis. They asked me for more specific details of my problem, which was a hiss or clicking sound at the end of words ending with d, s, x or t when she begins to speak softly. They re-listened to it and couldn't hear the problem, but sent me a new cd with a different intro. Unfortunately it is just the same for me. I don't know whether it is the devices I am playing it on, or my sensitivity. I am happy with how they dealt with my problem, and unless you have sensitivity to similar sounds you will probably be fine with it.

daytime/nighttime versions make this very enjoyable voice sounding very soothing

Wonderful cd which totally relaxes and calms. Perfect for destressing and feeling calm and serene.
