This is all you need in a training class.

Great value
This foam glove is a great way to get your kid/yourself into a great habit of trapping the ball with throwing hand which translate to quicker throws. I'm currently using on both my 13 and 10 year old and have seen an improvement on reaction time. Foam feels a little flimsy but once you start using it you will come to find out its really not used more than just to slow the ball down and throwing hand does most of the job. Great value

Seems well-made and functional
Arrived quickly and they seem like a well-made product and work well. I left off a start due to not knowing how long they will last. Using them at practice tonight.

Great and affordable investment!
I purchased 2 pairs. I use it for infield training. When used properly, it teaches players how to keep their gloves out in front so they can see their glove and ball coming into it at the Same time. It promotes proper hand placement when making plays, keeping the ball in front of them, and if done properly, bringing the ball to center for transitions. Yes, the leather trainers are probably more durable, but not necessary if you keep the pads in their box.

Good cheap option.
They are foam and are showing signs of wear after a couple uses however that was expected. Great tool for younger players and good value for probably a seasons worth of use.

Not as durable as I thought they would be
I wish the durability was better, only had them for a month and use them about once to twice a week and the finger holes are starting to come out of the foam.

Works well on an average 5 year old's hand
These softhands are pretty much universal. They fit both myself an adult male and my 5 year old who is roughly in the 50 percentile of both height and weight. They seem durable and help reinforce the lesson of having your free hand near the ball as you catch it, whether grounders, pop ups, etc. Great value for the price IMO.

Great teaching tool
I coach a 9U baseball team, I have a hard time teaching the kids to field the ball with both hands, this device forces them to use their throwing hand to catch a ground ball
