I loved that this seat cushion was shipped in its own bag. Nifty!I used this on my office chair for a week and decided it did not fit me right. It kept sliding off under me even when I sat upright. I place the blame squarely on the chair. When my boss gave me a new chair, I moved the cushion to my car ('97 Camry LE) and loved it instantly. It stays put and supports my lower back perfectly.The cushion is stiff as others have pointed out, but I do not find that uncomfortable in any way. If anything, it forces me to maintain good posture. Great buy.

It definitely makes a difference when I sit that I no longer have coccyx pain but I don't think it knows what "memory" means, and by that I am saying it goes flat basically to the point of being useless after sitting for a while. I am actually considering sending it back since it does have a 100% money back guarantee. The only thing that concerns me by returning it, I won't find anything that even comes close to this cushion. I might shop around a bit more to see if I can find something better, but at this point, I am still using it for the majority of my tailbone pain. Still a pain in the a$$!

It's my second purchase of Ergo Align Ergonomic Memory Foam Orthopedic Coccyx Relief Seat. Very happy. It does a good job on the airplane seat, I will start to use in daily life too. I would like to know if cover replacements are available too. After removing five times, the seams close to the zip have come apart and I have to take it to a seamstress.

HARD AS A ROCK. HURTS MY REAR END. MAY HAVE A THREE YEAR WARRANTY, BUT IT IS SO HARD YOU COULD PARK A MACK TRUCK ON IT AND IT WOULD NOT GO FLAT. ALSO, THE COVER DOES NOT FIT RIGHT, HAS FOLDS IN IT. FOR THIS KIND OF MONEY SHOULD BE MUCH BETTER THAN IT IS.

There's not really as much support as you'd hope for once it squashes down to almost flat.

I have been using this since November 2014. I purchased two of them. The first 5 months have been really awesome and they have worked great, but they have now lost their shape and are no longer useful. I am disappointed as these cushions are more expensive and was hopeful they would last the duration of my medical issue. I will now be searching for another cushion to purchase to replace it. Very disappointing!
