Does the translucent powder haveve any tint/color to it or is it just straight up matte white?

It has a very slight tint, but seems to blend in well and just give a matte finish. Try to find closest to your skin color.

If im like a natural beige wat color should i get?

I am also a "natural beige" and I got the light/medium color and it is just perfect. It is a great powder, because it it is a light powder that is not heavy on your face. It is very flattering on my skin. I hope this helps you decide.

Wrong color description - Medium/ deep

As clear from the picture the color/ shade is no where close to the shade description. I purposely ordered a shade darker than my skin tone to avoid the white cast. Yet I received the lightest shade they have. I agree some variations may be because of lighting etc but not this off. What waste of money. Looks like being painted with white talcum
