Magic light
Exactly as described easy to put up look great on wall

Funky, sturdy, easy to hang
Very happy to see all components were metal and not plastic, Iamp feels substantial and well made (although a little nib was unwelded in box, I couldn’t be bothered to send back). Easy to hang and is very funky for a themed room. I would mention tho that the on/off switch is on the plug end which caused me problems as I’m plugging in right being a bed.

Watch out for faulty light fitting
This is my sons second lava lamp, since the last one broke and could not be fixed , it was only 4 years old and cost €90, the light bulb fitting was at fault, the bulb could not be removed , it was the correct light bulb, correctly fitted. I contacted Matmos to see if they could supply me the part so we could replace it, but no I would need to buy a whole new base. There is some manufacturing fault with the base and the bulbs is our conclusion. My son is autistic, this light is very important to him, it helps him to relax and to manage his anxiety, it’s therapy . So in the end I had to buy a whole new lamp. He loves his lamp and I hope it lasts a long time, 4 years is not long enough for something that costs so much !
