Sounds great.
Love the compact depth. Bluetooth pairs very quickly (rare for pioneer). Sounds amazing. Fairly easy to use. Three rca outputs!!! The crossover is perfect for my 4 channel and mono sub amplifiers. The EQ is a pain. But works and sounds great. The unit sounds better playing over Bluetooth direct than using the Smart Sync app. However, the listening position on the app is perfect... I'll have to keep playing with the app. The EQ on the app is a toy. Better to set it on the head unit. The preset eq settings can cause distortion. Too much boost.

Perfect head unit!!
This stereo is fantastic! Iâm pushing 4 aftermarket Rockford Fosgate door/deck speakers with it, and Iâm running 2 10â subs with a separate amp off of the pre-amp outputs. There are multiple pre-amp outputs. Iâm not even pushing this thing as far as it can go, and I swear itâs so loud that sometimes I need to crack the windows.I also love the SXM add on for satellite radio because Iâm always traveling. Sirius has been a godsend, especially when Iâm driving cross-country and state to state. One of my biggest peeves was always âfindingâ good radio stations on the road & then losing them when I pass through that area. With SXM, I know what I have all the time. The options are endless!

Good quality for the price
This is a nice little head unit with reliable Bluetooth, front USB, good sound settings, and plenty of preouts for amps. No CD so it's only half the length of a normal single DIN deck which makes it very easy to install in small cars or old dashes that were designed for a tape deck. The Bluetooth does take longer than I'd like to sync and there is a slight hum/hiss at 50 or higher volume when using Bluetooth which is why this gets 4 out of 5 for sound quality and Bluetooth. Still a solid unit for the price that will more than likely fit in any single DIN mount.

Acheiving Great SQ possible.
The audio tweaking capability is phenomenal.13 band EQHigh pass filters (front): 25-250hz with slope of 6-24db.High pass filters ( rear): 25-250hz with slope of 6-24db.Low pass filter (sub woofer): 25-250hz with slope of 6-35db.If you know how to use these features one awesome sounding system can be built from this little inexpensive head unit. Not quite audiophile but darn close.I sold my DEH-80PRS and bought this one. YMMV.

Perfect size
Great looking and perfect size for my application installing it in my glove compartment. The Pioneer app doesn't always work, but Bluetooth works very well.

Middle of the road unit with some cool features, and some not so cool features.
This head unit comes with a gimmicky app to control most functions. Though they tried hard to make it useful, its really just extra work to use it. They could have thrown in an old school IR remote and met the mark. So really you have two options, fire up the app and mess with your phone as you drive or reach over and push buttons that are marked tiny and not exactly clear on thier uses unless you use them allot. And for other functions you have to find them burried in the menus controlled by the volume push button knob.Apps like Pandora via bluetooth, need to be fired up on the phone first or it will have errors that you have to cycle through the SRC button to get them ti display. I now subconsciously push the button 6 times to get it to loop back and grab the channel/song info.Phone calls are pretty solid and decent quality through the mic/stereo speakers. It look pretty nice, lots of colors and display options.Sound quality is decent.Unit is about half the depth of a typical 1Din CD unit, and is nice if you have a bunch of RCA's and connectors/adaptors to stuff behind it.The instsllation instructions are fairly minimal minimal and if you dont know the difference between a network mode or standard mode.. you are gonna want to look that up.My oppinion is it's kind of a middle of the road head unit some good, some bad.

Great product
Gives you an active setup (31 band eq) to work with so you can fine tune your soundstage. The pioneer smartsync app is annoying sometimes but overall this head unit improves the sound quality of any system tremendously. 5/5 recommend.

Great head unit
This radio is amazing! Definite improvement over the factory stereo in my truck. Doesn't have a CD player, but that's why I ordered it... Bluetooth works great and has a USB port and aux input for all your other listening needs.Easy to install and setup, configuration within the radio is a little finicky, but once you figure out where all of the settings are, it works great. The ONLY complaint I have is with the Smart Sync app that Pioneer uses... its pretty much garbage. When it works, it works great, but it doesn't connect to the radio (from 12 inches away) very reliably and is a bit buggy ... but that's not a fault of the radio, it appears to be an app issue. When the app does work however, it makes configuration a breeze...
