Q: what are dimensions back to front from back of the wheel? Also using standard bins like picture, what is length from back of real to front of bin?

edge of wheel to edge of wheel across is 24.5 back of wheel and handle to front lip edge of bin (molded bin handle) is 27.5-28 inches my bins are 25 " lip to lip long This is a great product - heavier than other PVC. Easy to put together.

Q: Is each shelf long enough to hold the bins? It looks like the bins would tip off.

The shelves are definitely long enough, in fact I turn my bins sideways, from what you see in the picture and it makes it must more stable and works perfect
