It's Butter!
Probably one of the best butters I've tried, and considering it comes in an can I was shocked. I expected butter, and out of general curiosity I wanted to try it. Figuring it's in a can I thought they might be far more shelf stable than they are; however, I recommend refrigeration for long term storage. Fat goes rancid when kept at ambient temperatures, and though it's canned properly, one can expect an alteration in flavor over time. This butter is high fat content and lower in milk solids, so it's akin to ghee in that regard, but so smooth. Cooking with it yields fantastic results, and baking with it also fantastic. The flavor of the butter on bread is great and being that it's perfectly salted, you can expect a rich buttery flavor.

Best butter!
My sister had given me a can of this butter about a year ago and I was skeptical about using it. I finally did and OMG! It is so creamy and full of flavor! All natual ingredients, just cream and salt! I would not have believed this creamy butter could come in a can; let alone be stored on a shelf.I had looked up canning butter in the past and was never impressed with the recipes or processes. This might be a little on the expensive side, but I'll pay the money for a great butter in my pantry! I am so glad I gave this butter a chance. I highly recommend this product!

Arrived warm to the touch and 3 of 6 cans dented
This is butter, which needs to remain cool. Instead, it arrived uninsulated and dented; the cans being warm to the touch. Very disappointing. I didn't want to open a can, but decided that I had to, to make sure that the butter wasn't spoiled. Fortunately, it looks and tastes fine. I would give it 5 stars if half the cans weren't damaged.

Between one and one hundred twenty years old
Cans were reasonably packed, only minor dents on a few and I'm going to keep them. That said, I would have given 5 stars if they had been upfront with the date. Everyone who buys this should know about this deception. These are considerably more than a year old. Sure, they last a long time but I have no idea how they were stored for that first year and a half. I'm also assuming that canned cheese expiration dates are the same in New Zealand/ Australia as they are in the US, which is 2 years from manufacture. I could not find a date code that wasn't clearly added on later in U.S. format and not European. It's pretty hard to find this information out and that might be for a reason, meaning these are even older. A real, honest accounting of when these were manufactured will get a 5 star review from me,

Excellent butter for storage
I saw a lot of reviews that said their can's arrived dented, so I was a little hesitant about buying a case of six. I bought just one can first to try it out. It arrived in excellent shape--no dents. So I ordered the case of six, and it arrived packaged well and in perfect shape with no dents. The butter itself is reportedly from grass-fed cows in new Zealand, and there are only 2 ingredients: pasteurized milk and salt. The butter is a nice rich yellow. the flavor is somewhat bland, but pleasant enough. Since I am storing these for emergencies, I am sure I would be extremely grateful to have such a nice butter available. I highly recommend it.

I love real butter
I bought this out of disgust for what I think is butter in the store. Just can't trust our food chain anymore. I leave my butter in a butter dish out on the counter for toast and such. One morning I took the lid off to get some soft butter for my toast and it wasn't soft butter. It was hard butter for sitting out. That did it for me. I quit buying "butter" at my store and went online. This is not only good for use now but for food storage if you are remotely insterested in that. It taste real and it is real. Thank you.
