This is a good, decent quality, Android phone. I bought it because it's Android 4.4 and supports Bluetooth Smart. It is much smaller than a S5 or S4, I think the screen is 4" diagonal. For the price the value is surely there but you have to be realistic about expectations of a $100 phone. This is not a fast phone and you arent going to play much of a game on it but its useable - and its a good phone for someone who can be content with the software that comes on the phone. If you want to install more than 5 apps then you should probably find a stronger phone with more storage. Good for petite hands.

It came in as brand new with the accessories included without scratches, and the battery life is good. I like the phone especially for its light weight, finally it came on time.

It works good but I have problem answering calls. When I have an in-coming call, I slide the screen several time before it is answered.

Phone was purchased as a backup phone for international travel. The phone feels well made, and is well balanced in the hand. Where it lacks is in power, compatibility, and battery life. Unfortunately, the phone is very slow handling even the most mundane of tasks. Just opening an email on Gmail can take over a minute via a fast WIFI connection. The phone isn't compatible with many popular software applications. Don't even think about gaming or multimedia. GPS performance is terrible. The rear camera is terrible, and does not allow for any focus adjustment. Phone calls are awkward, and require a "double-tap" on the screen to make any adjustments or press any buttons during the call.If you are looking for an inexpensive & unlocked GSM phone, there are much better options in this price range. Even Samsung's Galaxy S3 Mini offers far more value and performance for the same price. I've owned many Samsung phones over the years, and previously we have been happy with our Galaxy smartphones (both high-powered flagship models like the S-series, and budget/basic models like the Galaxy Young). I'm keeping expectations real - I would expect this phone to be much faster than a lower spec phone like the Galaxy Young... it isn't.Overall, the phone has poor quality components, and a slow operating system. This is the first Samsung I've purchased that I didn't like.

The product is exactly as described on Amazon. It is fast, beautiful and awesome for its price. Simple but nice if you're looking for an Android phone just for talking and being connected through social networks and those stuff.

It has a very slow processor. It puts an app/program on standby or inactivates it when switching between apps, so when you return to that app, even after a few seconds, it reloads the page. Thus, if, for instance, you were typing something in a text field, it is often gone. It takes time to reload the app/page again. For example, if I am on WhatsApp typing a message, and I go to my Contacts to check some details, and then I go back to WhatsApp, WhatsApp reloads and the message I typed is gone. This phone does not have face or light detection, so when you are on a phone call (device by your ear), your face sometimes touches buttons on the screen. Screen brightness cannot automatically adjust to lighting. Camera is low quality compared to most Smart Phones. It takes a long time to view/load pictures. Calculator does not save history. The volume buttons do not go down to silent (only down to vibrate. You have to press the power button to go to silent mode). It is small which is nice, but heavy for its size. Overall - very slow and has less features.

This is my first Android phone. Italia is really user friendly. I live in the Caribbean an had no problems using the chip and service provider. Great unlocked phone.

Phone is just okay; battery gets too hot; even with a replacement battery. Phone is okay and easy to use, butapprehensive about it getting too hot; sometimes even hard to pick up. All the other phones I've had, the battery is OK.
