The Habbersett scrapple is shipped fresh, never frozen. We don't recommend freezing scrapple as it tends to cause flavor degradation and may crumble when slicing. If you must freeze the scrapple, slice the fresh(not previously frozen) scrapple, place the slices individually in wax paper and then freeze. A Guaranteed 14 day minimum Best By date window upon delivery
