Pharmax HLC Synbiotic Intensive - Promotes Optimal Gastrointestinal and Digestive Health - 7 Sachets

As I understand it, this product includes so many active cultures that daily use for only a week displaces your preexisting intestinal biome. Being frozen guarantees activity, dissolving the powder in a glass of water is easy and it doesn't taste bad. The one problem I experienced is that USPS delivery took three days and the package sat in my sunbaked mailbox before I found it. The chilled packaging was hot and the product was destroyed. That was a costly loss, but the supplier was very responsive writing a helpful message and giving me immediate full credit. I would reorder this in a heartbeat if I knew they would add a second cooling insert and switch to UPS who would deliver it to my shady front door with an announcement of its arrival.

seems to be of good quality (but how would one know if it wasn't?). Received package within 3 days, the product was insulated to keep live organisms. I ordered this to use in a foot bath to kill toe nail fungus, needed to contain (at least) 125billion live probiotic cultures. this was the only product I could find with that amount of live cultures. I did the soak 2x daily for 2 wks and didn't see any changes, will start again and continue until product runs out (hopefully seeing results before then).

I purchased this and had a family member do a 7 day course. He didn't seem to notice any difference, but he also didn't complain while taking it. I wanted to build up his immunity before a long trip abroad. I think it helped.

I just saw this on another site that sells the same exact product about shipping with ice and thought I'd share it:Use of ice pack during shipping: Pharmax states that it is not necessary to ship with an ice pack due to their new freeze drying technology and research. They have also added in 50% more probiotic than what the label guarantees per bottle. For example, HLC Synbiotic Intensive is guaranteed to have 130 billion L. acidophilus and bifidus per serving, but there are 170 billion present at time of manufacturing and it is kept frozen until shipping. The manufacturer has increased stability allowing the probiotics to last over 6 months at room temperature holding their GUARANTEED minimum potency on label.I have used the product before and really love it!

Doesn't come with a cold pack!

The product needs to be refrigerated and it arrived in a heat wave with no cold pack leaving me wondering if it was still viable. Would not order this again from this company. Will go back to the supplier who sends them with an ice pack.

I had had several rounds of antibiotics and needed some probiotics to counteract the effects. - They were shipped promptly, arrived in a keep cool container to protect the efficacy of the product. - It happened that I had to do another 6 weeks of antibiotics, so I stored the HLC Synbiotic Intensive 7 in the refrigerator. -'Had no idea if they were still viable, but they were better than any products taken previously by other companies. - Thank you Amazon for carrying them, and thank you pharmax for a great product!

I am extremely disappointed when my product came that it was not in ice. It was hot! That means many of the cultures died...I ordered some earlier this year and it came in ice...which is why I ordered again, but I will not be ordering from them unless they can guarantee it will be packed in ice. On the upside, this product is amazing!
