Just be aware that this is more fiber than metamucil (by teaspoon)...so you'll need less.That's because it's not full of fillers/sugar etc...and I like that. Always use a paper cupbecause if you get ANY down the sink drain your garbage disposal (if you have one) willgum up and not work. Don't want to be without it. Cured my IBS after gallbladder removalbecause this type of fiber is a bile sequestrant. (absorbs excess bile in the intestine that mightirritate inside and cause BAM bile acid malabsorbtion.) Nifty. Not cheap but works. They make itin packets too, if you're really rich.

My FIL's gastro doc told him he should use this EVERY DAY, and he'd likely never have a gut problem. When he told me that, I figured it couldn't hurt to try. My husband and I use this EVERY DAY, and without being gross, you need to buy this! Obvi you should check with your own doc before trying, but if they say you need the fiber, this is the one! Also, I bought in the 6 bag quantity for huge price break!
